The Company’s exploration portfolio consists of four high quality projects covering 400km2 of tenure that are prospective for Rare Earths, Heavy Minerals, copper, iron ore, nickel-cobalt and porphyry gold.

Sandy Mitchell Rare Earth and Heavy Mineral Project

1. Ark owns 100% of EPM 28013 ‘Sandy Mitchell’ (147km2 ) – an advanced Rare Earths Project in North Queensland with additional 138km2 of sub blocks under application

2. Very high historical TREO grades* including high grade pan concentrates of:

• 18.4% TREO

• 17.4% TREO

• 15.8% TREO

• 15.3% TREO

• 12.3% TREO

• 9.4% TREO

• 4.7% TREO

• 3.3% TREO

Historical data, Not to JORC 2012 code standards

3. Project contains all critical Light Rare Earths as well as Heavy Rare Earths including dysprosium (Dy), terbium (Tb), holmium (Ho), erbium (Er), thulium (Tm) ytterbium (Yb), yttrium (Y) and excluding only Lutetium

4. Up to 25% of the TREO is Nd and Pr (magnet metals)

5. Rare Earths at ‘Sandy Mitchell’ are amenable to panning a concentrate; Planned low-cost, fast start up, straightforward beneficiation by gravity processing.

Gunnawarra Nickel-Cobalt Project

1. Comprised of 11 sub-blocks covering 36km2

2. Borders Australian Mines Limited Sconi project - the most advanced Cobalt-Nickel-Scandium project in Australia

3. Potential synergies with local processing facilities with export DSO Nickel/Cobalt partnership options

4. JORC (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate at Gunnawarra of 1.341 million tonnes at .53% Ni, 602,000 tonnes Cobalt at .066% and 191,500 tonnes of Copper at .054% at a .1% Ni cut off

Mt Jesse Copper-Iron Project

1. Project covers a tenure area of 12.4km2 located ~25km west of Mt Garnet

2. Centered on a copper rich magnetite skarn associated with porphyry style mineralization

3. Three exposed historic iron formations

4. Potential for near term production via toll treat and potential to direct ship
