Megan is Head of Loans & Specialised Finance, Western Australia, where she leads a multi-disciplinary team to deliver complex financing solutions to large corporates across a range of industry sectors. She is an experienced leader in setting and achieving strategic objectives whilst fostering a strong and engaged team culture that develops and inspires people to achieve their career aspirations. Megan has enjoyed a diverse banking career with over 25 years’ experience working in a variety of roles across the resources, energy, infrastructure and property sectors. She has worked in and led team across Perth, Sydney, USA and Japan.
