Mike Crabtree

Mike Crabtree is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC). He holds a degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in petroleum engineering and currently serves on the board of several Canadian and American companies. Prior to his current role, he held senior roles with Schlumberger, was the Chief Commercial Officer at Carbon Engineering Inc. in Calgary, Alberta, and was the founder and CEO of Oilflow Solutions Inc. In addition to technology innovation and leadership, he has proven international experience in converting research and development into fully commercial technology. Mike is recognized for driving business growth for both global leaders and startups in the oil and gas, renewable energy and environmental sectors.
