Dale Henderson

Dale is an experienced mining executive who is passionate about building, leading and motivating high-performing teams.

With a strong track record of delivering positive financial outcomes for resource businesses and complex operations, Dale has held executive positions with leading companies including Fortescue Metals Group, Chevron, Occidental Petroleum and Pilbara Minerals.

Since joining Pilbara Minerals in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer, Dale has played an instrumental role in leading the Company from project developer to become an ASX-50 company, now operating the largest independent hard-rock lithium operation in the world, the Pilgangoora Project in Western Australia.

Dale was appointed as Managing Director and CEO in June 2022, and is focused on delivering on Pilbara Minerals’ growth and diversification strategy to become a global leader in sustainable battery materials products.
