Beth is an experienced leader, negotiator and driver of change with over 17 years’ experience in the resources and energy sectors. With a background in project controls, Beth has worked on a range of Oil and Gas, Copper and Gold projects before transitioning to Energy Services. During her 12 years in Energy, Beth worked in a diverse range of influential operational and strategic leadership roles for Energy Queensland, ensuring successful project and program delivery, influencing critical network operations decisions and driving the delivery of major infrastructure projects. Beth has a reputation for consistently delivering cross functional improvement projects, with recent achievements including the implementation of practical GRC frameworks, contributing to the rapid growth of the commercial energy infrastructure, renewables and telecoms business.
Leading the Turner & Townsend JukesTodd ESG Team for Natural Resources ANZ, Beth has strong lateral thinking capabilities and a passion for driving and delivering positive change through successful integration of environmental, social and governance objectives to help organisations confidently align to a strategic and sustainable future with practical and measurable outcomes. Beth’s strategic and commercially driven approach is backed-up by her dual Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Management) and Arts (Politics, Economy and Social Science), her current post graduate studies undertaking a Masters in Sustainable Energy (UQ Engineering Faculty) and complemented by her long-term personal interest and active involvement in ESG themes.
