Aaron Borg

Aaron Borg is Regional Co-Head for the Metals, Mining & Industries APAC financing team in Societe Generale. He is based in Sydney and is responsible for originating and executing debt financing transactions in the metals, mining and related industries sector in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. He has been with Societe Generale for over 9 years and before joining Societe Generale, worked in Standard Bank and Morgan Stanley on debt and structured financings for natural resources companies. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the project and debt finance team of King & Wood Mallesons in Sydney and Hong Kong. Aaron is a qualified attorney in NSW and New York, holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney, and a MBA (High Honours) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
